Hi, my name is Gloria Houston and I am the owner of Alan Eddy Insurance Services. Alan Eddy Insurance Services has been insuring families and their businesses in Red Bluff for over 30 years. Located at the corner of Oak and Madison for many years, we moved to our current location at 432 Washington Street in 2004. In 2008, Alan decided it was time to hang up his shingle, as they say, and retire. I had been working for Alan for a number of years, so it was an easy decision for me to purchase the agency. As an independent insurance agency, I have the ability to access many different insurance carriers to give our customers the very best coverage for the lowest premium. As we move more and more into a computer-oriented world, personal customer service seems to be going to the wayside. My number-one goal is to give the best customer service in Tehama County.
